I’m Sydney. I’m married to Nathan.
I am a seminary student learning every day that God is so much bigger and greater and more complicated than I ever could have imagined. But I’m also learning that He is kind and good and closer than we ever could have hoped.
I’m the kind of person that cries over tender commercials and movies about animals. I’m also fiercely loyal to my people. I’m a total homebody and a bit of an introvert (but I still want to be invited to the party). I teach yoga, and I find that something magical happens when you gather people together on a bunch of mats and teach them how to stretch and move and be kind to their bodies.
At the end of the day, I just want to love people well. I don’t want to look back and see that I missed an opportunity to love.
My grammar is far from perfect and not every post is a moving essay, but I hope I can look back at this space someday and relive the memories I took the time to write about.
